By purchasing or using this card, you accept these terms, fees and surcharges identified at www.tcomusa.com. Surcharges and fees will affect actual number of minutes delivered. Rates are based on using a local access number. Varible rounding may apply. Calls originating from a toll free access number may be billed at a higher rate. Calls terminating to an international mobile phone will be billed at higher rate. Card is valid for 60 days from the first use. A maintenance fee will apply after the first call is completed. A payphone surcharge of $0.79 applies. Rates are subject to change without notice. Card has no cash value and is not refundable and liabilities are limited to the face value of the card only.
