How do I place an order?
Simply visit our ordering page and enter the card you want to order, the denomination and your billing information. Or, use our card selector and pick a card that’s right for you.
How long until my order is completed?
We manually verify all credit card and order information to ensure our customers credit card information is protected. This process usually takes just a few hours, but can be up to 24 hours before a PIN is Emailed to you.
What payment types do you accept?
Telecom USA accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Can I order by phone?
No – all orders from Telecom USA must be made through our website ordering page.
Can I return a phone card?
All sales on phone cards are final.
Where do I get my PIN number?
Your PIN number will be E-mailed to you when your order is completed.
Will you mail me an actual calling card?
No. All Telecom USA calling cards are sold online and as PINS only – no card will be mailed to you.
How can I view all the rates on a card?
Select the card from the left hand menu, then, click to view all active rates.
