How can I get technical support?

Is this a secure website?
Yes, we take our security very seriously. Telecom USA's website uses 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure that your valuable information is protected. We also verify all orders manually in an effort to reduce credit card fraud.
I don't see local access numbers in my area?
Telecom USA is working hard to expand our local access numbers in every market across the US. For some regions, we may only be able to offer 800 number service - which is charged at a higher rate than our local access service. Check our local access page (link) for more information on our local access numbers.
